Demolition of five Victorian two storey shop units and construction of an exclusive development of apartments finished to a high-specification and situated in the heart of East London near Green Street town centre. 

Project comprised twelve apartments with a mix of 1 & 3 bedrooms with rear balconies for each flat, plus communal amenity space on the ground floor.

Ground floor also included 3 large retail shops and 1 restaurant with approximately 80 seats.
